All services are fixed-scope. Scope, deliverables and limits are agreed in writing before payment. Work begins only after scope review and payment.

No guarantees

Removal, deindexing, publisher action, platform action and search ranking movement are not guaranteed. Search engines, publishers, platforms and website owners make their own decisions.

Acceptable use

You confirm you have authority to submit any request. You will not use the service to misrepresent third parties or to submit fraudulent requests.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
