What Employers May See When They Google You

Most pre-interview searches are short and casual: a name, the city, maybe the current employer. The first page is what matters.

What usually appears

LinkedIn, a few social profiles, any news or directory mentions, and sometimes an old article or post.

What raises questions

Anything that conflicts with the role: contradictory bios, very old posts, or news pieces that need context.

What to do about it

A short written reputation review identifies the real risks and the realistic options. Sometimes the answer is cleanup; sometimes it is suppression; sometimes it is simply leaving it alone.
